The hotel has a great location, which is close to many local attractions. The food served was also delicious and comparable to any 4-star hotel. the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The room we were initially given was not up to standard and needed to be changed four times within two hours. This caused some inconvenience, and we had to contact the helpline to resolve the issue.

The New Year's Eve party was fun, and the drinks were flowing. The staff was always around when we needed them. , the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated having a late check-out the next day, and the hotel was conveniently located near a shopping mall.
We had a terrible check-in experience. We had to wait in line for an hour before we were told that our room was not ready, and we had to switch rooms twice during our stay.
